Parasite Cleanse – Day 16

It’s been about a week since I’ve last updated, still going strong though. Fell off the wagon a little over Easter weekend, had a small amount of turkey and a few sweets. Not going to lie I felt like crap after! My insides were hurting, I couldn’t think straight and I had a food hangover the next day. Definitely motivated me not to put that crud inside me again. It’s Monday though and I’ve dedicated the entire day to getting back on track.

Morning 10am:
-several large glasses of water to kickstart the metabolism
-10 Parasite-Free pills (Heal Yourself 101)
-green smoothie

  • banana
  • mango
  • papaya with peppercorns
  • strawberry
  • kiwi
  • lots of kale
  • dandelion greens
  • flax oil
  • flax powder
  • Vitamin Code raw iron

notes: went for a long bike ride around the sea wall (25km), drinking lots of water along the way. Layed at the beach for several hours reading Super Rich, an amazing book by the way. Despite the title it has very little to do about money, but rather leading a spiritually rich life which in turn will attract all the riches you need. Highly recommended. Had a nice nap in the sun which gave me a nice dose of Vitamin D for the day.

Dinner 5pm:
– a Mediterranean-inspired plate

  • kale salad with tomato and avocado
  •  garlic stuffed olives
  • cucumber slices
  • raw zucchini slices
  • broccoli
  • raw onion
  • garlic hummus for dip
  • a bit of organic hemp butter
-probiotic to restore intestinal flora.
notes: The parasite pills kills everything including the good stuff. So it’s really important to replenish at the end of the day. I actually ordered an extremely high quality and potent liquid probiotic from Ascended Health today. Each bottle is made to order with high quality vegan ingredients. Liquid probiotics are far superior because they are alive, powdered probiotics can sit on shelves for who knows how long in a dry capsule. Not much can survive in that kind of environment.

Took some MSM for my sore muscles, played an intense game of squash for the first time the other day and have been feeling it for days. Despite being in good shape when I started the cleanse, I’ve noticed a good percentage of body fat melt away and my muscles are starting to pop much more and I can even see them form a lot quicker after a good workout.

Parasite Cleanse – Day 1

Hello everyone,
my name is Kasey and I will be documenting my entire parasite cleanse through this blog as a diary for myself, for people to follow, reference and generally gain inspiration from.
First I’d like to give you all a bit of background on myself. I’m 23, female, from Vancouver, BC. I’ve always led a very active lifestyle playing sports my whole life, doing yoga, going to the gym. Diet-wise I’ve always tried to inform myself on the best and most-efficient way to fuel myself. Currently I’d say my diet consists of 75% raw fruits and veggies, organic when possible. Lots of fresh fruit juices, green smoothies, and a variety of supplements. When I say 75% it’s because I still eat eggs, lightly cooked veggies and the occasional fish.

I’ve done several cleanses before as maintenance for my organs and digestive system, but what got me interested in doing a parasite cleanse was a very powerful and informative book by Markus Rothkranz called Heal Yourself 101, which basically outlines all the dietary/spiritual changes to make to bring your body to an optimum performance level so it is able to heal any disease yourself wether it’s full-blown or as a preventative measure. It also tells you how to lose weight, never get sick again, how to get all nutrients you need if you’re vegetarian/vegan, have amazing sex drive, boost your energy. The list goes on. People have been literally on their death bed and reversed their sickness with the book. It is VERY powerful information that I think everyone should know. I highly recommend this book if you’d like to take your health to the next level, learn about raw food, it’s benefits and how it is far superior to the standard american diet (SAD).

What really drew me to the idea of doing a parasite cleanse is:

#1 that I’ve never done one before
#2 everyone has parasites
#3 they affect your energy levels
#4 they eat your food before you do
#5 they can be the cause of most mysterious illnesses
#6 they make you hungry all the time
#7 they make you irritable
#8 they can be the cause of gassiness, bloating, ibs
#9 cooked food feeds parasites
#10 1/3 of your poop is from parasites

Check out Nasty Parasites for more info, it’s pretty unreal what these things do to you. Even the healthiest people have parasites. You can get them from door knobs, pets, raw fish, shaking hands (they breed under fingernails).

I’ve also decided I’ve got to do this cleanse because despite leading a healthy lifestyle all my life I still feel lethargic at times, my energy levels aren’t what they used to be, like I can never catch up on my sleep, get strange craving and I also feel like my moods fluctuate more than they should. From what I’ve read about parasites it sounds like a lot of these symptoms could be coming from all these organisms feeding off me, my food and dumping toxic waste within me.

The product that I’ve decided to use is Markus’ Parasite-Free formula (available on his website) which is a powerful all-natural, organic, non-gmo formula designed to eliminate all stages of parasites including eggs, larvae and adults. It’s also good for candida, yeast, mold, fungus, bacteria, viruses, colds & flu. Talk about killing 10 birds with one stone. The ingredients include green hulls of black walnut, graviola bark, quassia, butternut bark, wormwood, diatomatious earth, rhubarb, clove, pumpkin seed, red raspberry seed, aloe vera, papain, goat’s rue, garlic and african cayenne. Awesome stuff!

Now I’m going to start documenting this first day. I just want everyone to know I have a pretty varied job schedule. I DJ almost every weekend which really tests my will-power to stay away from alcohol, and sometimes it effects my sleep schedule and diet. For example last night I had a late night gluten-free bowl of macaroni as my “last supper” if you will. Not the healthiest, but I thought I’d indulge a bit before this intense journey. I also have a day job as a part-time sales associate at CB2, a high-end furniture store which keeps me focused and out of trouble. I’m going to outline my diet and moods every day for everyone to follow and reference, I hope you all get some inspiration and knowledge from this to hopefully try it yourself one day. So let’s get to it!

Morning 11am:
-feeling rather tired from DJing the night before and a little gross from indulging in the bowl of gluten-free mac n cheese. Feeling motivated to get my guts back into shape!
-big glass of water with a wedge of lemon
-1st dose of Parasite-Free (1 pill)

11:30am
-fresh vegetable juice with:

  • carrot
  • celery
  • cucumber
  • ginger and garlic

notes: both cucumber and garlic are supposed to be great parasites killers. especially garlic one of the oldest anti-viral/killers on earth.

Afternoon 3pm:
-fresh vegetable juice with:

  • carrot
  • celery
  • cucumber
  • ginger and garlic

Evening 7pm:
-big mixed green salad with:

  • red chard
  • endive
  • avocado
  •  tomato
  • cucumber
  • red pepper
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • dollop of hummus

It’s the end of the day (10pm) and I’m feeling a little tired from the lack of solid food. Felt slight warmth/heat in my guts throughout the day, a normal side-affect of the cayenne in the pills and a sign that critters are dying.

Looking forward to upping my dose tomorrow and killing more parasites. The war is on!
